3. Class Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Policy

  • All class bookings are subject to availability.
  • Bookings can be made online via our Schedule & Booking page.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start time will receive a full refund or class credit.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and non-creditable, except in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
  • No-shows will be charged the full class fee.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for classes and services must be made through our secure online payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the sustainability of our services.
